The ENVIPOL website uses cookies, localStorage and—depending on its actual configuration—similar first- or third-party technologies. These technologies may store information on a user’s device or access information already stored there.

2. Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support website operation and security, data transmission, functions explicitly requested by the user and the storage of privacy choices. They may be used without separate consent where permitted by law.
In Poland, device access and storage are based on Article 399(3) of the Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (PKE); in Germany, on Section 25(2) TDDDG. Where information constitutes personal data, the appropriate legal basis under Article 6(1) GDPR applies.
3. Optional technologies
Functional, analytics and marketing technologies are disabled by default and may be activated only after prior consent. In Poland, Articles 399(1) and 400 PKE apply; in Germany, Section 25(1) TDDDG; for personal-data processing, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.
4. Technology categories
- Necessary — enable website operation and security and remember privacy choices.
- Functional — provide additional features not required for core operation.
- Analytics — help analyse website use, statistics and traffic.
- Marketing — support campaign measurement, remarketing or conversion tracking.
5. Consent management
The consent panel lets you accept all optional technologies, reject all or choose individual categories. Rejecting optional technologies does not restrict access to core website content.
You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as consent and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
6. Technologies currently used
The current website version does not activate external functional, analytics or marketing technologies. The panel keeps these categories disabled until consent and will be updated if such services are actually implemented.

7. Third parties and transfers
If third-party technologies are implemented in the future, their providers, purposes, duration and any transfers outside the European Economic Area will be described according to the actual configuration. A transfer may rely, in particular, on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Browser settings
Browser settings may additionally block or remove cookies and localStorage data. They do not replace the website consent mechanism where consent is required.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the law, website configuration or technologies change. If a change expands the scope of optional technologies, the user will be asked to choose again.
