Step 1Diagnosis
We begin by understanding the company’s operations, product scope, legal requirements and the expectations of clients, banks and other stakeholders. We organise the available information and documents and identify which data is genuinely needed to deliver the service. The diagnosis allows us to limit the scope of work to matters relevant to the client and clearly define the project outcome from the outset.
Step 2Execution
We take on as much of the work as possible to limit the commitment of the client’s resources. We rely primarily on existing data, documents and systems, requesting additional information only when it is essential for completing the analysis correctly. We carry out calculations and analyses, prepare documentation and solutions, and clarify only those matters that require the client’s decision.
Step 3Report, presentation and recommendations
The outcome is a structured report, analysis, procedure or another agreed deliverable ready for practical use. We present the results to responsible managers or the management board, explaining the most important conclusions, risks and decisions. The client also receives recommendations for further action and guidance on applying the developed solutions in subsequent periods without having to rebuild the process from the beginning.
